Now we're bringing it back by reinventing it as an electric vehicle.”The new, super-modern I.D. BUZZ was debuted at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show and is expected to be released in 2022. It’ll have 369 horsepower (from its all-electric drivetrain), a range of 270 miles and a 111 kilowatt hours (kWh) battery pack that reaches an 80 percent charge in 30 minutes. The I.D. Buzz is also level-3 autonomous which means that, while the vehicle does require a driver behind the wheel, it can steer, stop, and accelerate on its own in certain conditions!
